Dettmer Rail GmbH develops logistical solutions for block train and single wagon transport in European rail freight transportation for its customers. However, we do not only focus on block train and single wagon transport, but offer a variety of supplementary services for fleet management, supply chains and outsourcing projects.
We specialise in, but are not limited to, transportation services for the petroleum, biofuels and chemical industry segments. Our core market demands a high level of quality and reliability in transport preparation and transport implementation, as well as specialist knowledge for transportation of dangerous liquids.
We pay special attention to using modern, energy-efficient locomotives that run on electricity from renewable energy sources. The expertise and commitment of our staff are the foundation of our operations. We work with a modern IT system in which we process position reports of the wagons equipped with telematics, among other things. The digitalisation of processes through the implementation of IT interfaces is important to us.
