Mr Sieksmeyer is the operational managing director of Dettmer Rail GmbH.
After completing his commercial training as a forwarding agent in Bielefeld, Mr Sieksmeyer studied transport management at the Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences, graduating as an industrial engineer.
After working for several years as a specialist area manager for rail logistics in a German mineral oil company, he moved to Transpetrol GmbH as a project manager in 1997 and later took over the management of the newly founded ChemOil Logistics AG in Switzerland. After his return in 2002, he was appointed Managing Director of Transpetrol GmbH and in 2011 also assumed overall responsibility for the Rail Logistics Division of VTG AG.

After completing his commercial training as a maritime shipping clerk in Bremen, Mr Niemeyer studied economics in Saarbrücken and Göttingen, graduating with a degree in business administration.
After working for several years as managing director of a medium-sized freight forwarding company in Bremen and a large handling company in Hamburg, he joined the Dettmer Group in 2008.

Mr Diercks is an authorised signatory of Dettmer Rail GmbH and is responsible for all activities relating to wagons, single wagon transportation and invoicing. This activity is supplemented by the operational management of our block train transportation.
After completing his commercial training as a forwarding agent with a well-known Hamburg forwarding company, Mr Diercks joined DEA Mineraloel AG in 1992. He started his career in Supply & Transport and later took on new responsibilities in Sales, where he was most recently Head of Sales, Petrochemicals. From 2002 to 2013, Mr Diercks was at Transpetrol GmbH, initially with responsibility for the Fleet Management and Block Train Operating departments, and latterly as Divisional Manager with responsibility for group-wide fleet management and European-wide sales and management of liquefied petroleum gas transportation.

Mr Lütkemeier is part of the founding team of Dettmer Rail GmbH and was appointed authorised signatory in February 2015. His main focus is the purchasing, costing and operational handling of block train transportation, as well as all associated issues relating to railway operations.
Following his training as a commercial clerk in railway and road transport, Mr Lütkemeier gained initial professional experience at Deutsche Bahn in Hanover. In 1991, he moved to Regionalverkehr Münsterland as the right-hand man of the managing director and also held the position of local operations manager. In 2001, Mr Lütkemeier was appointed Managing Director of GVZ Rheine GmbH, but decided to take on a new challenge at Transpetrol GmbH in 2004. In the area of block train transportation, he spent several years in quotation management while managing the ‘Railway Undertaking Development’ project. Most recently, Mr Lütkemeier was responsible for the ‘Operating Block Trains’ and ‘Railway Undertaking Control Centre’ departments.

Block Train Services in South-East Europe
Ms Gizella Urban has been successfully managing the Dettmer Rail GmbH service office in Budapest since 1 November 2014. After a longer stay abroad, Ms Urban kicked off her career at Mavtranssped Forwarding Ltd in 1990. She studied marketing, communication and logistics while working, which led to her becoming a marketing officer and key account manager for grain transport.
In 2008, Ms Urban moved to Transpetrol GmbH and initiated market development in Hungary, took over the key account function within the mineral oil and chemical division and provided support in the operational handling of national and international transport orders.

Paweł is responsible for the Dettmer Rail Poland branch. After graduating in International Transport and Forwarding, he joined Transpetrol Sp. z o.o. where he learned the principles of rail and truck forwarding in practice. Throughout his career at Transpetrol /VTG Rail Logistics, he held various positions from operations through sales and business development. After becoming MD and Head of Region North-East he was responsible for steering Sales & Operations for wagon leasing (Liquid | Bulk | Intermodal) and rail logistics activities in Poland, Baltic states and Ukraine.

Jakub is responsible for all aspects regarding sales and operation at Dettmer Rail Poland branch.
During his studies in the field of transport and logistics economics, he started working in the operational department of Transpetrol Sp. z o. o. The experience he gained operationally allowed him to use it, working from 2019 as a Business Development Manager, creating numerous projects related to rail transport both in Poland and Europe. Specializing in the transport of liquid fuels, he also had the opportunity to work on the transport of other products such as LPG, cereals and chemicals etc. Combining freight experience with addition of railcars, he had the opportunity to create comprehensive solutions for various customers.

Hanna is a part of Dettmer Rail Polska branch responsible for sales and operations. After graduating in University of Economics with degree in logistics, she gained longstanding experience in international road transportation and biodiesel manufacturing sector, having opportunity to develop the knowledge in distribution of biofuels & vegetable oils by rail and road. In 2016 she started working for Transpetrol/VTG Rail Logistics.
Holding position of Sales Manager, Hanna was responsible for spot block train business of biofuels and chemical products, providing tailored solutions to various customers across the Europe. New Energies and future CO2 projects are in the field of her development goals.

Tomek is responsible for all aspects related to the sales, operation and development of road freight forwarding services at the Dettemer Rail Polska branch. After graduating from the Silesian University of Technology, he joined Transpetrol where almost from the very beginning he was responsible for the operational aspects of road freight forwarding, later he also took care of the acquisition of new customers. Throughout the entire carrier in the road forwarding department, based on his experience, has built a large base of customers and subcontractors, whom he has been cooperating with to this day.
